  • "Service" refers to Uncompose AI's website generation platform, including all features, APIs, and associated services
  • "User" means any individual or entity using our Service
  • "Content" refers to any text, images, code, or other materials generated through our Service
  • "Input" means any prompts, data, or information you provide to our Service
  • "Output" means the websites, designs, and content generated by our Service based on your Input
  • "Tokens" refers to our platform's internal currency used for generating websites and accessing features

2. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, we implement the following fair usage policies:

  • Token System:
    • Basic website generation: 500 tokens
    • Custom website generation: 1000 tokens
    • Premium website generation: 2000 tokens
  • Token Earnings:
    • Welcome bonus: 5000 tokens
    • Daily login reward: 500 tokens
    • 7-day consecutive login bonus: 500 extra tokens
    • Successful referral: 1000 tokens
  • Account Limitations:
    • Free tokens: Maximum token balance of 50,000
    • Free tokens: Expire after 7 days of inactivity
    • Pro tokens: Maximum token balance of 500,000 per month
    • Pro tokens: Token balances replenish every month
    • Enterprise tokens: Custom token limits
    • Note: We reserve the right to limit or suspend service for any user, including Pro and Enterprise users, if we detect abuse, automated usage, or any activity that could harm our platform or other users
  • Resource Usage:
    • Maximum processing time per request: 120 seconds
    • Maximum input size: 2MB per request
    • Maximum output size: unlimited
  • Storage Limits:
    • Free tier: 100MB storage
    • Professional tier: 2GB storage. Can be increased by contacting support.
    • Enterprise tier: Custom storage limits

Violation of these limits may result in:

  • Temporary service suspension
  • Request throttling
  • Account review and possible termination
  • Forfeiture of remaining tokens or credits
  • Permanent account ban for severe violations

We reserve the right to modify these limits based on system load and service requirements. Users will be notified of any changes to these limits via email or dashboard notifications. Additionally, we maintain sole discretion in determining what constitutes abuse or misuse of our service, regardless of subscription tier.

3. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Output generated by our Service for your personal or business purposes. You retain ownership of your Input and any Output generated specifically for you.

You may not use our Service to:

  • Create content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models, prompts, agentic frameworks, or any other proprietary technology. Any such attempts will result in:
    • Immediate and permanent account termination
    • Legal action for intellectual property theft
    • Monetary penalties up to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law
    • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
    • Permanent ban from all current and future services

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your Input complies with our terms and applicable laws
  • Reviewing and validating Output before use

5. Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a subscription basis. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to maintain valid payment information or pay fees may result in service suspension.

6. Service Availability and Updates

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using our Service, though you may retain and continue using any Output generated prior to termination in accordance with these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
